Compressor inlet valve generally has two mechanisms: rotating disc and reciprocating valve plate. The main reasons for fuel injection in intake valve are: poor oil-gas separator; The return check valve is blocked; The filtering effect of air filtration is not good, and impurities adhere to the sealing surface of the valve core of the intake valve, resulting in poor sealing; The working environment of the compressor is bad, and the mating pair of the intake valve piston and the spring seat is worn. Injection of oil into the intake valve generally occurs when the compressor stops suddenly, when the intake check valve is too late to close, and the compressor inlet sprays lubricating oil outward. If this happens, firstly, the sprayed lubricating oil should be removed and the discharge capacity should be adjusted to zero, and then the test should be carried out to see whether the intake valve will still inject oil;4

I. Injection of fuel into intake valve If fuel injection is found, it can be judged that the intake valve itself is leaking; This kind of leakage is generally divided into two situations: 1. The sealing surface between the valve core and the valve seat leaks, and the solution is to repair or replace the valve core; 2. The valve core stops the leakage of the diaphragm, and the solution is to replace the valve core; 2. The intake valve is no longer injecting oil. If there is no fuel injection phenomenon in the intake valve, the following tests are needed: firstly, disassemble the check valve, and then assemble it back for testing after removing impurities. If the fault is eliminated, it indicates that the fault point is that the check valve is stuck and does not stop returning. If the fault still exists, it is necessary to assemble a ball valve between the oil drum and the intake valve, or block it, and then test it. If it is observed that the air compressor stops, the lubricating oil will be sprayed out immediately, and the fuel injection amount will be more and more. This shows that the reason for this phenomenon is that there is a big leakage in the screw main engine. During the loading process, the oil in the main engine splashes upward, and with the increase of pressure, the injection quantity increases, resulting in the oil spraying outward. This phenomenon generally occurs in high-pressure and low-frequency air compressors. The solution is to add an oil baffle between the intake valve seat and the main engine. If the air compressor stops and there is no oil sprayed at the inlet of the air inlet valve, it means that there is nothing wrong with the air inlet valve itself, and the oil sub-system fails. Solution: Connect the pipeline between the oil drum and the intake valve and lower the oil level, and start the test. If the oil injection phenomenon does not exist or the oil injection quantity is obviously reduced, it means that the oil level design of the oil drum is unreasonable. This is because the air compressor is in an emergency stop state, and a large number of bubbles will be generated in the oil drum, which can normally pass through the oil-gas separation core, and then enter the intake valve through the pipeline between the oil drum and the intake valve, so that the lubricating oil will be sprayed out from the intake valve. If this phenomenon occurs, the oil will not be injected immediately after stopping. If the oil injection phenomenon has not changed, it is necessary to check and change the oil content. As an important equipment in industrial production, air compressor must choose genuine parts from the original factory to ensure the quality of maintenance. If hidden dangers are found during use, they should be repaired in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
