Explanation of the principle of cold dryer
Corresponding to the figure below, let’s walk through the process of the cold dryer. The process is divided into two parts, namely the direction of the blue circle (gas to be dried) and the red circle (condensing agent). For the convenience of viewing, I placed the processes of the blue circle and the red circle on the top and bottom of the picture respectively.
(1) The gas that needs to be dried and carries a large amount of water vapor enters the precooler from the inlet (1)
(2) Then the high-temperature moisture enters the lower evaporator, and the gas circulates outside the heat exchange tube to exchange heat with the low-temperature condensing agent inside the heat exchange tube, thereby reducing the gas temperature
(3) The cooled moisture enters the gas-water separator, and the separator with excellent technology removes 99.9% of the moisture and discharges it through the automatic drain
(4) The dried gas enters the pre-cooler from (4), and pre-cools the high-temperature moisture that has just entered the pre-cooler from (1), and at the same time increases its own temperature, and the gas after the temperature rises becomes drier, and finally leaves the right side of the precooler for user use

(1) Condensant (for cooling) starts from the outlet of the compressor
(2) Through the bypass valve, a small part of the condensing agent is sent to the inlet (5) through the bypass valve, and directly enters the inside of the evaporator, and the rest of the condensing agent continues to go forward
(3) The condensing agent that continues to move forward will pass through the condenser and be baptized by the fan to cool down again
(4) Next, the condensing agent reaches the expansion valve for the last wave of extreme cooling
(5) After the condensing agent that has been extremely cooled by the expansion valve is mixed with the relatively hot condensing agent that comes directly from the bypass valve (to prevent freezing), it enters the heat exchange tube in the evaporator
(6) The work of the condensing agent in the heat exchange tube is to cool down the high temperature and humidity provided by the user, and export it at the outlet (6)
(7) The condensing agent returns to the compressor to prepare for the next round of condensation work
